That’s what we’ll be having for dinner tomorrow. I plan to roast it using only a little water, and cover it tightly with foil until the last 15 minutes. Then, I’ll uncover it and let it brown a bit to improve the flavor even more.
The tenderloin came with the lemon and herb seasonings already on it, so I don’t have that part of a recipe to share with you today.
I’ll put rice and California mix vegetables in the steamer, adding onion soup mix to both. If you aren’t using onion soup mix, you’re really missing out on some great onion flavor. I do use fresh onions as well, but even they don’t have the zip that the soup mix does.
Do you have a great recipe for pork tenderloin or rice? I’d love if you shared it here!

Chicken / Pork with Rice
3 cups of Water - Boiled
1 Cup of Instant Rice
Boil water, once it is boiled, add instant rice and turn off the heat.
Chicken / Pork sausage
Grind meat using either a blender or automated meat press
Mix with various Italian and Greek Seasoning (All Purpose Greek Seasoning is fine as well as a little basil)
Mix in 1/2 cup of flour per 2 cups of sausage (2 cups sausage will usually feed 3)
Roll sausage into balls and fry in the skillet.
Once the rice has boiled, add in the fried sausage.
Also good to prepare with various veges.
Cheers.
PS. I used to live near Jonesboro Arkansas.
