I’m always looking for remedies for this problem so that I can be pain free, even if just for a few hours. I think I’ve found the remedy in a product called Freeze It. Since the arthritis is in both hands and I wanted to test its effectiveness. I used it on one hand only. In seconds it began warming my hand and joints to the point where I had more movement and far less pain than usual. It also absorbed quickly so there wasn’t any residue on my hand.

You know that I love to use products that I can easily obtain, and that work well. For instance, I use coconut oil as a makeup remover and hair conditioner. I use cocoa butter as a moisturizer for my dry skin. These are things I can easily locate at the grocery store or beauty supplies place.One big problem I have, though, whether I’m cooking or typing or crafting is the arthritis in my knuckles. Some days it gets so bad I can’t even make a fist or take the top off a bottle of water.

As you can see, my knuckles are getting enlarged due to arthritis. The Freeze It greatly reduced the pain in those joints! I got the Freeze It as sample packets through the mail, and I’ve since learned it can be purchased for around $10 or so over the counter.
